    We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of you placing your order.

    All orders are sent tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number by email once we have shipped your order. 

    Time to time packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, we will always support you with this where we can and update you if or when delays might be more likely.

    Returns Policy 

    You have  30 days from receiving your order to make a free return. 

    For a full refund (minus shipping costs) products must be in the same condition you received them in, unused, in their original packaging with tags still attached. You will also need receipt of proof of purchase to make a return.

    To initiate a return please follow these simple steps: 

    • Email us at info@heyflexi.co.uk detailing the item(s) you would like to return, your name, address and order number. We will then email you a pre-paid returns label for you to return the item(s) to us.
    • Package up the item(s) you wish to return along with a note referencing your order Number. 
    • Send the item(s) back to us using the pre-paid label.

    * Please note that in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to usUNUSED and in the same condition you received them in with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, used or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to process your refund. All items are inspected upon return.

     

    When will I get my refund? 

    Refunds will be actioned within 7 days from the date we receive your item(s) back to us. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed. 

    We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
